Shipping Policy

Atelier Eisel currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged in our New Hampshire studio. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During holidays, new product launches, or other busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Standard Shipping

A flat-rate shipping charge of $5.95 applies to orders under $50.00.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $50.00 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes. The qualifying merchandise total must reach $50.00 in a single order.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for a flat rate of $15.00.

Complimentary shipping applies only to standard shipping and does not include express delivery. Customers who select express delivery will be charged the $15.00 express rate regardless of the order total.

Express delivery affects carrier transit time only. Standard order processing times still apply unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Atelier Eisel cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.

If an order is returned because an address was entered incorrectly, was incomplete, or could not be delivered, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your order is delayed or has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us so that we can help review the shipment with the carrier.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with other members of your household, nearby neighbors, and your local postal carrier. We will gladly assist where possible, although Atelier Eisel cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Damaged Orders

Every order is packaged with care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

At this time, Atelier Eisel does not ship outside the United States.
