Large stylized chrysanthemum blossoms unfold across this richly patterned Chiyogami paper in deep indigo, warm cream, muted plum, soft olive, and touches of ochre. Fine radiating lines give each flower remarkable texture, while winding leaves and smaller blossoms create a layered garden effect. Hand-printed using a traditional silk-screen process, this decorative paper is especially well suited to bookbinding, journal covers, keepsake boxes, endpapers, collage, framing, card details, and other paper arts that benefit from a bold floral composition.

From the Atelier: We were drawn to the generous scale of these blossoms and the way the indigo outlines bring structure to such an abundant floral pattern. The cream ground keeps the composition luminous, while muted plum, olive, and ochre details lend warmth and depth. Used across a journal cover, the paper feels lush and dramatic; cut into smaller pieces, each section becomes its own miniature garden. It is a beautiful choice for projects meant to feel expressive, collected, and enduring.
