Designed to grow more beautiful with use, the Ro-Biki Small Notebook – Branch Flowers combines a compact passport-sized format with the distinctive character of a wax-finished paper cover. As the notebook is carried and handled, the surface gradually develops wrinkles, fine scratches, and variations in tone, creating an individual patina reminiscent of well-worn leather.

Part of the Ro-Biki Note Shape Series, Puff Plant features a slender botanical stem scattered with softly colored seed-like forms against a warm, earthy background. The design makes use of Ro-Biki’s specialized printing and waxing process: selected areas receive a white base while others do not before the wax coating is applied, creating subtle differences in transparency and a beautifully layered contrast.

Sized to match a standard passport, this small notebook is easy to tuck into a pocket, bag, or travel case. Inside are 60 pages of premium writing paper with a 5 mm dot grid, offering gentle structure for journaling, lists, observations, sketches, and everyday notes.

Thread binding reinforced with glue provides durability for a notebook intended to be carried often and used well. Over time, both the cover and the notes within become a record of where it has been.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Atelier Eisel, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail. Due to the nature of our paper goods and small-batch products, all sales are considered final. We do not routinely accept returns or exchanges.

Return or Exchange Requests

In limited circumstances, Atelier Eisel may consider a return or exchange at our sole discretion. Approval must be requested before sending any item back.

To request consideration, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include:

Your order number
The item you wish to return or exchange
The reason for your request
Photographs of the item, when applicable

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a return or exchange will be approved.

Items returned without prior written authorization will not be accepted, refunded, or exchanged.

Approved Returns

If a return is approved, the item must be:

Unused, unopened, and in its original condition
In its original packaging
Packaged securely to prevent damage during transit
Returned within 14 days of authorization

Atelier Eisel reserves the right to decline a refund if the returned item is used, opened, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition.

Approved refunds apply only to the eligible merchandise and will be issued to the original form of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Original shipping and delivery charges are nonrefundable.

The customer is responsible for all return-shipping costs. If an approved return was originally shipped under a complimentary-shipping offer, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Atelier Eisel may be deducted from the refund.

Atelier Eisel is not responsible for approved returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt.

Approved Exchanges

Exchanges are not guaranteed and must receive prior written approval.

The customer is responsible for:

The cost of returning the original item
The shipping cost for the replacement item
Any difference in product price

Complimentary-shipping offers do not apply to replacement shipments associated with an exchange.

A replacement item will be shipped only after the original item has been received, inspected, and accepted. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Nonreturnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products
Digital products
Gift cards
Sale, clearance, or final-sale items
Items that have been opened, used, written on, damaged, or altered
Items returned without prior authorization

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us within seven days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of:

The affected item
The shipping packaging
Any visible damage

Once the issue has been reviewed, Atelier Eisel may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution. When an order has arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Atelier Eisel, the customer will not be responsible for approved replacement-shipping costs.

Minor variations in paper texture, color, printing, placement, or handmade details may naturally occur and are not necessarily considered defects.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing soon after they are placed. Cancellation requests may be considered before an order has entered production or been prepared for shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Shipping Policy

Atelier Eisel currently ships within the United States only.

Processing Time

Orders are carefully prepared and packaged in our New Hampshire studio. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During holidays, new product launches, or other busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Standard Shipping

A flat-rate shipping charge of $5.95 applies to orders under $50.00.

Complimentary standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $50.00 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes. The qualifying merchandise total must reach $50.00 in a single order.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for a flat rate of $15.00.

Complimentary shipping applies only to standard shipping and does not include express delivery. Customers who select express delivery will be charged the $15.00 express rate regardless of the order total.

Express delivery affects carrier transit time only. Standard order processing times still apply unless otherwise stated.

Delivery

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Atelier Eisel cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.

If an order is returned because an address was entered incorrectly, was incomplete, or could not be delivered, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows that your order is delayed or has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us so that we can help review the shipment with the carrier.

If tracking indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with other members of your household, nearby neighbors, and your local postal carrier. We will gladly assist where possible, although Atelier Eisel cannot guarantee replacement of packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Damaged Orders

Every order is packaged with care. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within seven days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
